Prices quoted will be exclusive of VAT and exclusive of transportation charges which will be calculated based on where you are ordering from or where you wish to forward our products to.

To confirm your order, a written confirmation will be required at all times. Order confirmations can be forwarded by e-mail on wendy.beelen@godiva.com or by fax on +32 2 422 17 78
In order to ensure we can process your order swiftly, please ensure the following important information
is clearly stated on your order confirmation:

• Your company name
• Your full address
• Your phone and fax number
• Your VAT number
• Name, address and phone number of the recipient ( if different from invoicing address )

Payment methods:
We accept all major credit cards, although goods can also be ordered on a pre payment basis.

Shipping and Handling:
If you wish, we will gladly handle the delivery of your choice of Godiva gifts to multiple locations within Europe. To ensure you an excellent service, we cooperate with renowned international carriers. Deliveries within Belgium are on a 1-2 days service, deliveries within Europe are on a 2-3 days service. Transportation is charged at regular carrier prices. For products to the USA, please visit www.godiva.com.

Especially for international shipments, we recommend usage of special polystyrene cartons in orde
to ensure our selection of premium chocolates arrive in perfect conditions. These boxes are available upon request.
