World Wide Web from the Godiva.com Web site. Users expressly agree that use of
the service is at user's sole risk. By using this form, the sender is agreeing
to all of the terms listed below.
1. The sender will not use the service for chain letters, junk mail, spamming or
any use of distribution lists to any person who has not given specific
permission to be included in such a process.
2. The sender will not transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing,
libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise
objectionable material of any kind or nature or any viruses or other harmful,
disruptive, or destructive files.
3. The sender agrees not to use the service for illegal purposes.
4. The sender recognizes and accepts that messages from godiva.be are not
intended to be an anonymous email service. Every message sent includes the IP

directly to your computer). This is done for the protection of the recipients.
5. The sender acknowledges and agrees that Godiva neither endorses the contents
of any user communications nor assumes responsibility for any threatening,
libelous, obscene, harassing or offensive material contained therein, any
infringement of third party intellectual property rights arising there from or
any crime facilitated thereby. Godiva is not responsible for any failure of
electronic mail sent through this service to reach their intended recipients.
The material through this service are subject to change without notice. Godiva
